This Georgian property was built in 1798 as a house by John Davidson after noted architect of his time, Francis Webster, designed it. 

There are 8 rooms to hire, spaced out over 3 floors from 120 square feet to 350 square feet. 

All of the offices have remote door intercoms, making them ideal therapy rooms in the heart of Kendal. Highgate House is under 5 minutes walk to Market Place, but there is nearby parking including Parish Church, Peppercorn and Dowkers Lane car parks.  

There is a communal kitchen, postroom, and storage space available in the basement.  

Nearby Brew Brothers and Comida are ideal for coffee or lunch meetings.
